Today’s challenge is to focus on thinking about what you truly need today, and not what you want. It’s very easy to focus on our own wants that we forget there are things in this world we really need. Focus on the needs. One’s needs are not merely to eat, drink and sleep; but we have physical, mental, and spiritual needs that must be met.  Make it your goal to slow down and make sure your choices today reflect your needs, and see how the day ends up.
